Hi all, I just read through a few of these posts and I learned a lot! The patient navigator suggested to me that I see a physical therapist to massage the cording so it could break and give me back my ROM. Just the thought of someone manhandling that area made me ache. I will keep doing exercises on my own until I slowly regain my movement. It's been getting better day by day, so I'm optimistic.

When I visited a different medical center yesterday, the nurse told me that they would have never removed so many lymph nodes if I was their patient. I regret not seeking a second opinion for my surgeon, but what's done is done. That is why I'm getting as much information as I can for all of my future treatments.
