SGAP-After Effects of Surgery Years Later

I am eight years out of my diagnosis of breast cancer (Dec. 7, 2015) marked 8 years! I am so grateful, thankful, and humbled. I was curious if any of you had and SGAP procedure and how is your body doing now? Unfortunately, my SGAP failed two days after coming home from surgery so I had a tissue expander and implant put in and everything is going fine with the implant.


My question is, "Did anyone have an SGAP and now their buttocks, the area tissue was harvested, is in pain?" Recently, it is more uncomfortable sitting especially for longer periods of time. The pain is tolerable, I simply re-adjust my sitting position. I am not sure if this pain will worsen/lessen and if the SGAP affected this area.


Any thoughts/comments from others with previous SGAP experience would be welcomed.
