Wow, that was a pretty disturbing article about Afinitor. Serious side effects, might even kill you, and doesn't prolong the lives of BC patients. Not to mention widespread conflict of interest in papers written about it. Maybe not so great after all.
Found this surprising, as well: "A Journal Sentinel/MedPage Today investigation last year found 74% of new cancer drugs approved in the past decade got on the market without proof that they increased survival."
