What painting project, Ruth? Dh and I painted 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, entrance way, and hallway this past January and February. I lost almost 5 pounds doing it but they're back now.

we are going to spend the day with DH's family. Drive over in the morning, eat, visit, play games, eat some more & come home that night.
Wonderland, I am the chief assistant to DS's house project. He is painting the whole main floor (plus doing a lot of updates) & it is going to look really nice, but is definitely ALOT of work!!!

I have severe damage to my left hip and hoping to get in soon for surgery as there is a lot of pain.

Aunt Mary's Frosted Refrigerator Cookies. The kind where you make the dough (with Aunt Mary's secret ingredient of grated orange peels), let it chill in the fridge, roll it out, use the cookie cutter shapes to make Christmas trees, Santas, reindeer etc., bake, and when you get to the decoration stage you let the kids go wild with the frosting, food coloring, sprinkles of all sorts.......a long process, very uneven results, a big mess, and lots of fun! (Can you tell I've made them a few times?
)
