2. Alive?
-

-
3. Real (as opposed to fictional)?
-
not a woman, not alive, was a real person
-
Yeah, Kayak did it! I thought Ducky had us again!
-
ML.....I think we have to add "fictional" when the person is not a real person.............after I got into it I relaized .....Wow some of these questions could have been answered "yes"........that is why I gave you ladies so many hints.....I felt bad.........LOL........it was misleading......so from now on if its like a "disney character". or anything that never lived.....we have to say that...........so instead of wasting a question on asking, we will state it "fictional when we say "person" -
Ok, now where were we........LOL
-
Jesus..................ok stop laughing...thinking xmas again.....
-
OK. I asked Question #3, which was whether the person was fitional. I guess with the new rules, we can scratch that question . I'll revise:
3. Did the person live within the last 100 years or so?
-
Brookside....you gave me the idea to pose that question at the beginning.......if we state that then its not a waste of a question.....at the rate we're going we need all the ;help we can get .....LMAO.........so it would go like this...............PERSON......(fictional)..........if they are ficrtional.....otherwise just say "PERSON"..........and its understood they are "real".........
Not being Bossy ladies....'just realizing Santa Claus was confusing......but it was too late then.......
-
I think that was funny, you must have been laughing.....is he a dancer? (no, but one of his pets has that name! Kids love him and I still didn't get it and I almost asked if he was a wrestler?)
-
Trying to clear my head now:
Our item is a real PERSON.
1. not a woman; therefore, A MAN.
2. not alive; therefore DEAD.
3. waiting for answer if he lived during the past 100 years.
So far, so good, I think
-
Onco, Since you set the rules, are you ok with the idea of stating if the person is fictional or real at the beginning?
-
Sorry, thought I already replied. YES, lived during the past 100 years.
Logging off in 5 min for the next 3 1/2 hrs during my drive from NJ to MA.
-
4. Is he in the entertainment business?
-
Ducky, After thought...Santa Claus is American? lol. North Pole??? I needed to come up with some excuse as to why I couldn't get the answer.
-
LMAO.......ML.......even when I got to that question I thought.........Oh for heaven's sakes WTH did I get myself into.................finally I thought by question 19....I have to give them a great clue, and if they don't get it at least I won't feel guilty...............hahahaha...........and Kayak came through.....................well at least if we decide to do "Rudolph" in the spirit of the season.......we covered our asses...........LOL
-
Oh wait......no we didn't ............that would be "ANIMAL" ........real or fictional............LOL.......considering Rudolph is not a "person"..........
-
Where's Kayak? I hope your ride to MA was ok. I think I am going to the movies soon.
-
yes, entertainment
-
MusicLover & All, Thank you for such consideration. I just found the rules elsewhere, but, yes, probably a good thing to differentiate between a Person and a Fictional Character. However, as I recall from my childhood, I think that a fictional would have been a Person and we would be asking somewhere along the line if he/she was real. That is tricky, though. I like the idea of stating REAL PERSON or FICTITIOUS PERSON. We all have enough trouble with our various brain fogs here, don't we?
OK, so we have a Real Person, Man, who was in the Entertainment business, who died sometime after 1915.
5. Was he born before 1900?
-
5. No, not born before 1900.
-
6. Is he an actor?
-
7. Was he a singer?
-
6. Not known as an actor, but he did a few films.
7. Yes, a singer.
