New study has me worried

Has anyone seen the new study that just came out saying that false alarm mammograms signal higher breast cancer risk and that for women who got biopsies that turned out negative, the chance of cancer was increased by 76 percent over the next 10 years? As someone who is currently in the waiting period, this has me a bit confused. If we're told that 80% of biopsies are benign, are they insinuating that out of that 80%, 76% of patients will end up with breast cancer within the decade? While I still am hoping and praying for a B9 biopsy result, this has me a bit confused. I was leaning so heavily on the 80% that this just kind of threw me for a whirlwind. I completely understand that even *if* my results are B9, I will have follow-up scans for the next two years, then, if they're all clear, I'm assuming they'll have me back for a baseline at 35 (I'm 26). It's just scary to think that, if these results are B9 (fingers crossed), I'll be, essentially looking over my shoulder for the next 10 years (better than the alternative, I know).
