Concerned about Hope

We are all waiting anxiously to hear from Hope! We are all thinking of you and you are in our hearts Hope!

Yup, worried about her too - keep hoping she's having quality time with her family....

It's been almost a month since we have heard from Hope. She hasn't updated her blog, either. I'm hoping she is just taking a break from cancerland and concentrating on enjoying the holidays.

Has anyone checked on the Central Address book? I just took a look under "Hope" but no one there. I'm afraid I'm not sure if that is her name here or whether it's something else. GG

Best news I've had all week!

Hello, my friends. Thank you so much for your concern. I am so sorry to have worried anyone. I did need a break from everything cancer related! I had a burning need to connect with my family and live in the moment with them. Cancer just makes you worry about everything and we really can't do much about any of it! What will be, will be! So, I have spent a lot of one in one time with my kids and my husband. We've connected and worked through stuff and just enjoyed being 'in the moment'. I am so happy I took this time to stop worrying about cancer because my appointment this week was a little tough. I've been relying on transfusions and Procrit give me the energy to walk down the hall! My marrow is full of cancer and not functioning. My doctors have given me a choice of trying one last time with some combo chemo or call hospice in. I haven't decided which way to go yet, but I feel good that I got that quality I was craving before I started this break.

Thank you again for all your concern. You have all taught me so much and this board has gotten me through some very dark times

It is nice to hear from you, I am glad that you were able to spend some time concentrating on living in the moment with your family!

I am sending you hugs from Walla Walla I am trying to live each day fully. We both have family we love and being surrounded and immersed by all that love is what is truly important.
