I recently started having sharp/burning pain under my implant on the right side. The pain is located toward the center of my chest, slightly under the bottom of the implant. I tried to find some information on this, but most of the information out there is about pain and tightness toward the armpits (I have that too, but understand that's fairly common given the scar tissue.) I'm more concerned about this sudden burning/sharp pain and the location, as well as the fact that this is occurring on the same breast where the cancer was located. About two months ago I had a revision done with some fat grafting only on that breast, but it healed fine and this is the first pain I've had, so I'm not sure it's related to that. I have an appointment with the plastic surgeon tomorrow, but I'm on the verge of tears/panic attack. Has anyone had any issues like this?

What did you find out? After doing some dance exercises that had moves I wasn't used to, I started having burning pain where my nipple would be. After the first weekend it went away after 36 hoyrs. After the 2nd weekend of this exercise I've had the same burning pain for a week, mostly when I move. I've had the lat flap for over 1 1/2 year and never had this happened before.

The plastic surgeon thinks it was just fat resorption after the fat grafting. The pain is mostly gone, but I still get twinges on occasion.
