Arm Numbness

I've been noticing that my arm often gets numb the 'pins and needles' feeling several times a night. I sleep in a different position and it still happens. Is this a sign? I don't notice swelling, I do have days when my arm has a deep ache. Just thought I'd ask experts since you all have the best advice.

courtleboo, those are all potential signs of early-stage lymphedema. Best to get a referral from any member of your healthcare team to a well-trained lymphedema therapist. Some doctors can be slow to pick up on this, but likely one doctor or another will be able to refer you. Here's how to find a well-qualified lymphedema therapist near you:
