Enlarged Sentinel Node

I'm wondering if anyone here had an enlarged node that ended up being negative for cancer?
My doctors say my sentinel node is slightly enlarged but it's not "screaming" cancer...the biopsy came back negative but they said it's possible that the biopsy didn't capture node tissue.
Just wondering if it's common for a node to be a little enlarged but still test negative for cancer

Pure anecdote, but yes, I had an enlarged node that ended up clean. Good luck. I know the waiting is agonizing.

Nodes can and often do enlarge in response to infection or even inflammation.
