MRI is today a breast center, chances of same day results ?

Hello all so I am finally at the point where I am getting my MRI today, my symptoms have not gotten better and the last few days I have been getting more nervous than I have been in the last 2.5 weeks. Just wondering if anyone had their MRI done at a local breast center ( not a huge breast tx hospital) and got their results or an idea of them the same day. My MRI is at 315 so I am not super hopeful that I will but praying I may, especially if good ones. Thank you ladies for your time Bri
