9 Years Today!
It was 9 years ago this morning that I got the call that changed my life forever. I have been through chemo, radiation, reconstruction, femara, tamoxifen, with a bit of lymphedema thrown in for good measure; but I am still here! I can honestly say there are days that I don't think about it anymore. Just turned 60 in January, which was a goal of mine. Need to exercise more, eat less and put down the wine glass a bit more, but hey, if it ain't broke why fix it?!
Hope some of you are able find encouragement and hope in my story. Keep on believing all will be well, whatever happens.

Cyndi - I was amazed at how similar we are in many ways - I'm shooting for my 60th birthday this February, and passed my 9-year mark in April. And I live just down I-5 from you!
