implant is really swollen
mylast surgery was sept 19th, not happy with implant because i told dr i wanted it smaller than the 1st implant and cme out of surgery and it was bigger! so waiting for it to drop or get smaller until i plan another surgery, im not happy with this one, more pain more discomfort and 2 sizes bigger than other breast. so the past few days it has becaome extremely swollen and hurts more than usual, so went to diagnotic imaging and they didnt see anything dr told me just ibuprofen and massage, well cant massage it because its hard as a brick! cant wear bra or anything other than a tank top it pulls all my clothes to the right and looks very lopsided, its swollen more at the upper part of implant, strange because she said she was putting a different kind of implant that was more natural lookinh and shaped i cant remember name right now
cant get to my drs anytime soon because its 2 hrs away and i dont have another appt til Dec 8th, wondering if even going to er or urgent care would be a wasted trip, just wondering what going on? i know i slept on my side too long one days last week so im wondering if it moved, can that happen?
any suggestions ideas would be helpful thank you

I had a bi-lateral with gummy bear implants about 2 weeks after you. I've still swollen, but it's gone down quite a bit. I'm almost a size smaller than early surgery. My plastic surgeon told me there can be a lot of changes over the next few months, so I have to wait 4 months for touch-ups.
It concerns me if you're showing signs of a possible infection. If it's warm, red, and turns white when you press in, and is more swollen than before I' d be concerned. I was getting some redness and sent a pic to my Dr, who reassured me I was fine. Can you do the same thing and describe your symptoms? Then the Dr. can work with your PCP to get you on antibiotics, if needed. Otherwise, I think you should go have it looked at and go to an UR or ER. Doesn't sound normal to me. -
just care back from urgent care, he says since im not red or warm to touch not much they can do except send me to ER for a cat scan, I'm just going to wait and send pics to my dr today and talk to her first thing in the morning. Since this implant is bigger than the first one i already told her i want to go smaller because i am extremely uneven and its very noticeable. I was going to wait til feb or march but now im thinking sooner
