Pain after drain tubes removed

I had drain tubes in for nearly 3 weeks. Now I have pain in my ribs next to insertion site that hurts to touch and to reach. Doesn't seem to be improving and it's been nearly a month since removal of tubes. Has anyone out there experienced this. Every pain scares me now. Appreciate any responses. Thanks

The area is still healing. It all takes time, maybe a lot of time. One of my drains gave me problems, 3 years later it still hurts occasionally
