We ask that you keep her free of pain and give her a rest that truly regenerates her physically, mentally and spiritually. We also pray for those that provide her support and pray forFaith. Footprintsangel, I see you are in Auburn, WA, in sight of the majestic Mt. Rainier (closest to the Sunrise entrance to the park, right?). You mentioned a rare late autumn day of sunshine in the Great “Northwet” (I lived in Seattle 7 yrs. and studied in Tacoma). I am reminded of Psalm 121:

“I lift my eyes up to the mountain, from whence cometh my Help.”

Perhaps G-d gave you that sunshine so you could lift your eyes up toward Mt. Rainier (not Sinai as in the Psalms, but in the W. Hemisphere, it’ll do), and be reassured that His help is there for you. May it be so.
