Moisturising my mastectomy scar ???

I had my post op check with the surgeon last week but I forgot to ask him if it was ok to start moisturising my scar.
He said it was healing well and that he was very happy with it. My surgery was Oct the 9th; so over 3 weeks ago.
When is it ok to moisturise and what is the best cream to use?

My doctor recommended Aquaphor.

I used neosporin on my scar until the redness went away and then calendula cream.
