    I'm meeting my MO soon. Just want to prepare all different options he might offer

    I'm ER+, PR+, HER2+.

    32 yrs old. Postop week 5 for bilateral mastectomy with direct implants. 1cm tumor with clear margin, Negative node 0/1. Stage 1A, grade 1.

    No Oncotype yet

    With hormone +, I expect Tamoxifen

    With HER2 +, I expect Herceptin

    What about Chemo?? Please help!!

    I'm also in the process of starting IVF to preserve embryo.

    Given that you are only 32 be prepared for chemo. When I had my first meeting with my surgeon following the mammogram, ultrasound, biopsy, and MRI we didn't know my hormone receptor status but he still said chemo first for me.

    Try to get into the ATEMPT trial. All the big cancer centers are offering it. Google it. I am in the tdm1 arm which is great. 75% of patients are in this arm. 25% in taxol/ herceptin. I have few side effects and kept my hair
