Just diagnose:invasive ductal carcinoma

Gross examination:five tissue cores. All embedded.1b
Microscopic examination:Sections show several breast tissue cores focally infiltrated by tumour cells. The tumour cells are arranged in nests and irregular clusters with focal tubular formation. They possess eosinophilic cytoplasm and hyper chromatic nuclei with irregular nuclear outline. Nuclear pleomorphism is observed.
Which stage is it? Pet CT and mammogram will be proceeded. What are the next steps or treatments later on?
