(((Randi ))) and (((Randi's baby))) -
Randi - Hope your baby pulls through this and after some rest, is as good as new. I believe, our furkids are not "part" of the family, they ARE family.
-

i'll miss you all!
i am really hoping this is what "turns my mindset around"
if not, at least i'll have a great tan lol!
everybody's support has been invaluable......and randi i hope your "baby" is ok!

Shel, you darling girl, you go and have a great time, drink, sun, shop and come back and we will kick some serious cancer butt. YOU WELL BE FINE I'M talking to the big guy upstairs, and though he does love you he does not need you up there, so hang tight my freind!!!!!!!!
Ok thanks all for your pray's and wishes for my baby Nootie. We went back last night and she is holding her own, the vet thinks if she eats and gets her protien levels up she will be able to go home tonight. It is going to take time for the hives to go away, but right now she is stable. I will tell you this though, SHE IS A DRAMA QUEEN, that little poop, don't know where she gets it.
Hope you are all doing well.......
Randi -
Good Morning!
Randi, I hope Nootie is doing well! Do you give her natural foods? Like yogurt?
And hopefully Shel is having a wonderful time in Mexico!
Me, I just have to wipe this big grin off my face after the 'fun' time I had with a young man last night.
Back to drinking tonight perhaps..... -
Janis...lucky girl...I was planning a good time last night and got bumped for a women 20 years his senior (and he's 49...you do the math). Can I call him what I'd like to...hmmm starts with p. He says they are just "friends" now and she wanted to go to Buffalo with him today...see ya sucker.
Serious drinking on the menu for tonight. Seems to be the only thing I am good at.
Later ladies -
Hi Ladies- Today the sun shining here, finally after a week of cold and rainy. Tomorrow will be in the 70's woo-hoo!
No drinking for me tonight, had fun last night celebtrating the World Series win. What a great reason to PARTY! I even did a shot of Captain.
Vicki don't waste time worrying about someone who obviously doesn't realize your worth.
Janis, I think you avatar actually is smiling much bigger today! lol
Randi - hope Nootie is feeling better today
christinek -
Randi, prayers are going up for your furbaby, it's so painful to see them hurting and be totally unable to do anything about it. My heart goes out to you.
-
Vickie,
Well, find yourself a much younger man! That's my advice!
Christine - congrats to the Cardinals! (I was too busy last night to watch.....)
I'm having some wine tonight, just chillin' after some leaf raking this afternoon. It was sunny but windy so kind of cold. Tomorrow is a work day but I'll get that extra hour tonight which I need since I didn't go to bed last night unil 3 a.m. The young ones are good to hang out with but who my age stays up that late anymore?
Well, cheers Ladies!
Janis L -
Wow Janis that must have been some night!
I came home early from work yesterday and got lucky too!
Seems like the hubby is too tired by the time I get home normally, I may just have to pretend that I have Dr. appointments and come home early more often!
Randi how's your baby doing?
Vicki, ah who needs him anyway you'll find someone better behaved! -
ok girls this is the drinking thread not the sex thread...your making me jealous...I think I'm a virgin again! LOL...
The wind here today was terrible...I went out to survey the damage and I have tree limbs down everywhere and found a huge on on the windshield and hood of the rental car...nearly had a heart attack...but no damage...whew...just what I don't need...the insurance company would probably come out and hang me from the nearest tree!
No drinking for me tonight...back to work tomorrow and this time change has me all screwed up! Not that it take much to mess with this chemo brain of mine...I didn't even know we were supposed to change the clocks this weekend until my sister called this morning to remind me. I'm lucky to remember to put my shoes on in the morning I feel so scatter brained!
I've decided that my new boyfriends name is going to be Bob. You figure it out!!
Randi...hows your fur baby...been praying for him and you.
Night ladies
Vickie -
Vickie ~
We were windy here yesterday. Lots of leaves and branches down. Good luck to you with that!
As for BOB, well I've dated him, too, and ya just gotta do what ya gotta do! I was not getting any for longer than I care to calculate abut I think I'm back in the saddle again. Just get out there and find someone you're attracted to and go for it! I'm sure I won't see my young (almost jailbait) stud again but while I had him I had fun!
Tonight (after a busy day at work) I'm celebrating the Bear's win with some Merlot. It was cheap but it's drinkable. I work tomorrow but I can sleep in until 7 a.m. Yea! I like this time change better as it's easier for my body to adapt to for some reason.
Oh, and I have another date this Thursday, with a guy I went out with twice already. I am SO liking this being-single-and-available status. Why was I so hung up on the last young man when there is a world of men out there?
Cheers! -
Vickie, The insurance company isn't going to like you damaging another car! Glad it wasn't hurt and your house didn't land in Kansas!
Janis you go girl!
Nite all -
Hi ladies, quick note, NOOTIE IS FINE. she crashed on friday, but made a come back, she has a long road ahead of her, but she is fine.
thank you all
shel's i pray your having a great time.
more later
randi -
Yea for Nootie!!! Thanks for the update. Now, keep her away from all the Halloween candy!
Cheers! (more merlot tonight)
Janis L -
Check out Vicki on the Wagon Circle! No man can treat her wrong with the handson young man she has gaurding her!
Randi, Glad Nootie is making a come back!
No drinking tonight got family coming in late and I'll need to be awake to let them in! -
Thanks laides, what a nightmare of a week it was, 2,000.00 to keep Nootie alive, and it was worth every penny. But jesus I need a break. I have to catch up on all the happenings, here. than I will get back and reply to them.
Tonight is a big drinking night for me!!!!!!!!!
WAhooooooooo -
Janis you hot ticket, you go girl. 3am damn I would have crased and burned long before that, well I think, he must have been great!!!!!!!!!
Vickie, it will get better, like Janis said there are tons of men out there, your time is coming.......
randi -
Hi drinkin' buddies,
Randi - so glad to hear your baby is doing good! I've been thinking about her.
I'm sitting at work dressed as the White Ice Witch from Narnia. I have a "freezing staff" and the whole nine yards. If I can figure out how to post a pic, I will. Only thing is - I don't think the White Ice Witch has hot flashes. I'm the hottest (literally) Ice Witch ever! LOL!
Maybe I'll go out drinking tonight and show off this costume that I can't afford.
Cheers!
Donna (aka Jadis, White Witch from Narnia) -
Oh Donna I would love to see a picture of that!!!
Randi...I am so happy your furbaby is better and aren't they worth every penny!
Ok..Janis what have you cooked up for your costume?
Here's mine...another witch for the drinking thread.
Call me the menopausal pms'ing maniac! -
my daughter who always has to go for the "scare the sh*t out of everybody" look!!!
-
And Nathaniel who is going to protect us all from bad women drivers and lousy husbands!
-

ttyl girls "cheers"
shel -
Hola to you Shel, i'm so happy your having a great time. can't wait to "see" you when you get back post a pic for us.
New Vicki, nice costums.
and hello Jaybird, I just saw your pic on the other thread and hello you look so different than your aviataor, your one smoking woman, no wonder the young ones love you!!!!!!!!!!!
Donna, post a pic if you can would love to see that. I will post some pics tomorrow for all you ladies.
this is sad to say, but you have to find the humor in it, my dog nootie is going as a leper, since all his skin is falling off. Poor thing, but he is still the cutest dog in all the world.
Randi -
ok girls, don't look if you have a bad tummy.
this is what the vet did to my dog -
oh Randi...that poor baby...so glad though that he's going to be ok.
-
Randi-sooooo glad your baby is gonna make it.
Love the halloween pics, ladies!
Where is the pic of Janis??? I wanna seeeeeee!!!! -
Hey! Great pics! I did NOT dress up for Halloween (never do). It's too much like work I say! The trick-or-treaters are finally coming around. I remember as a kid going right out after school and not coming back in until 7 or 8. Boy of boy did we get the loot! Oh, how times have changed. I'm so glad to be home tonight even though there aren't a lot of kids in my neighborhood.
Cheers!
Janis L -
the devil in me
And my regular costume for the past 13 years
peace
