I did, never super high fevers but around 100 off and on for a few nights. After we lowered my dose to 80%, I have not had them anymore.

I have gotten them every single time. Twice up to 101 but usually 100 something. I guess I didn't realize that was a side effect. They sure knock the wind out of me. Everything aches, I freeze, then hot. I'm going to talk to the doc about it in two weeks.

I have had 3 Abraxane treatments and 4 Herceptin. I get these funny little pains in my head. Not a headache. They last a couple of seconds and move to different places in my head. Just starting to lose hair. No other complaints.

Reviving the thread to see how everyone's doing. I just started abraxane last week (once a week for three weeks with one week off). Not much to report. I was happy to make it through without support drudogs. I swear they are almost as bad as the chemo. I did have a terrible stomach ache for a couple of days. I'd been warned to expect diarrhea but it never materialized.

Nexrtreatment Thursday, so I've got my fingers crossed it will stay easy for a while.

I've started on Abraxane last Thursday. I'm doing a bigger dose once every 3 weeks. So far so good. Had to have 2 afternoon naps but definitely easier than original fec-t. Very tired today but had plenty of energy to do stuff over the weekend. How are you feeling?

So far, so good. My big fear is the neuropathy. I really suffered with the taxol, but it had faded away over the last year once I stopped. Just three treatments in on abraxane and I can feel itbuilding up again. I was told not to panic (yet?), but it's easier said than done.
