Pain in my auxiliary lymph area after core biopsy

I had a core biopsy done last Wednesday. The wound has healed very well and the bruising still shows. However I am experiencing pain my lymph nodes under my arm. I was told that my lymph nodes are swollen. The lump in my breat is about 1.5 cm in size and is covered with calcifications. I am still waiting for the results to come back. Anyone else have a similar experience
