Very interesting, indeed. So, I wonder if I can request a kit to be sent to my primary care doc? I am just so over my cancer team. I just had a conversation with my breast surgeon, I had asked her if she could remove a "reactive" node, that has been bothering me for over a year now. She flat out refused. This would be for my peace of mind, to see if it really is cancer. Supposedly, they biopsied it.(biopsied over a year ago) But the biopsy had come back benign glandular tissue. The breast itself IS glandular tissue!! I think they missed the node altogether, being as it was supposedly 7mm. And supposedly had a clip left in it, though no mention of such a clip has been made mention of, in all subsequent imaging... It just bothers me, having it there, her reason for saying no was that it could make LE worse. It couldn't BE any worse. Plus it was barely ten years ago, that you were stage lV, if you had more than four positive nodes. I plan on asking pcp, he wants me on statins, and I DO have the TP53 mutation. Luminal b also. Good research, TectonicShift! Interesting!
