Reconstruction a second time

Hi all, 6 years ago I had a mastectomy of my right breast and a lift on my left. My plastic surgeon did an excellent job, but as time goes by my left breast is now lower than my right. I was wondering if anyone knows if insurance would cover getting my lift done again. I am self-conscious about being uneven. Anyone else have this issue?
