Cording on ribs and enlarged lymph nodes

Hi to all!

I am now just over a year from diagnosis and November will be one month since lumpectomy and SNB. Radiation ended the end of January and started tamoxifen in February. Dealing with night sweats, and ovarian cysts have been my side effects but overall not too bad. However I noticed a lump on my affected Breast back in May and my doctor went ahead and dos a mammogram and US. He said all was clear and although they could feel the lump they said it was ok. However the lump is now two lumps side by side and it really bothers me knowing it is there. It is on the exterior of my Breast and under the SNB site. I recently started with some rib pain and right upper quadrant pain (right Breast cancer) then noticed some cords from my ribs to my abdomen. Anyone else have this? Also they are real tender and  I can palmate multiple lymph nodes on that side. Really worried so called my MO who has ordered chest, abdomen, pelvis and neck CT scans for Monday. And also after the scans an appointment with a PT who specializes in lymphedema and breast cancer. No doctor has seen or felt my lumps. Trying to not worry but that's not going so well.
