Jazzy,
I have a Starbucks sized addiction to Sparkling Ice. They're expensive but I find them for half price at Big Lots sometimes and can get some flavors from Sam's Club. Otherwise it's $1.00 per bottle and I drink 4-5 of them a day. YIKES
Scottie
-
Scottie- I get mine at Sam's Club when I go, some flavors as you say. I am also a huge fan of Zero Vitamin Water for my work outs. I have a trip planned to Sams next month when I am back from my travels!
-
Have fun, Jazzy. Worked in the yard this afternoon, followed by Zumba & yoga......got in lots of steps today.
-
Cheryl: love the pictures of your instructors!
Ruth: Such a pretty picture!
Jazzy: Have fun at the wedding.
Outrunning: That would have stressed me out also.
Scottie: Nice weights.
I had a relaxing facial today followed by some shopping. Came home and mowed for 1 and 1/2 hours. It's hot and humid today so lots of sweating while mowing. It's like I had a reverse facial. My face feels fantastic!
-
Cheryl, your instructors look like fun characters. Beautiful setting Ruth. Scottie, happy weight lifting. Sweet of DH to pick those up for you!
Wonderland, I am envious of the facial as I LOVE those! Stay safe with the storm coming. Sounds like those of us on the East coast may need an ark this weekend.
Lilacblue, waving across the pond! Sweet, congrats on the return to work.
Went to bootcamp last night. No exercise for me today as I had my biopsy today. Should have the results in 7-10 days but think it is just precautionary. Course my doctor was prepping me mentally for a possible D&C.. And the fun continues....
-
Not much exercise past 2 days; yesterday had lunch with DS and couple ladies on Orlando thread. Today exercised my checkbook with a new car.

-
Cute guys, Cheryl! Odie, keeping fingers crossed for you. Patoo, I bet that got your adrenalin flowing. Love your new car!
If it's Thursday, it must be Body Pump for me.
-
odie thinking of you and hoping the wait is short and passes quickly
Patoo Sweet car. I had two different convertibles before kids. Gosh miss that. I never drove with the top up unless it was raining or Really cold (heated seats in the second extended the top down season) Enjoy
-
Odie. . .praying for you during your wait.
Patoo. . .now that's what I call exercise! Sweet!
I guess today is a hike around my lake. Maybe I'll ramp it up a bit by hiking with a Sparkling Ice in each hand.
Just found out some of our local firefighters are coming out for photos (one of my photo assignments) during Sunday's BC walk. Someone's going to have to take a picture of me with those guys.
Scottie
-
I'll be looking for that picture, Scottie!
Whoo Hoo, Patoo. That convertible looks good on you!
Thinking of you, Odie.
I will be off to Cardio Sculpt in a few minutes.......

-
Strenghth training with my trainer this morning. Legs, core and a some light arm reps. Cording felt the same maybe even better afterwards so clearly a fine thing to do.
Hoping to run tomorrow but given the forecast I'm thinking I should be taking up a paddling sport.
-
Sweet ride Patoo!
Morning run/walk for 4 miles followed by an hour of Pilates.
-
patoo, Really pretty car!
-
Squats night last night. Ten sets of decreasing reps, holding at 3 reps as I approached my previous max. Just starting squats so I am taking it easy. Stopped at 3 reps at 135 lbs. Could easily go higher.
I was a bit tired all day from a cold so I went home rather than hitting the elliptical as usual.
Tonight is deadlift night. My favorite! Why wouldn't it be? I am short and have monkey arms. I don't have to pull that bar as far as the others! lol
-
Love the ride, Patoo.
Still staying ready with treadmill and walking. Tamo SEs are settling down so hopefully I can begin to pick up the pace
-
One hour exercising in pool.
-
Beautiful car Patoo!
Three walks today for a total of about an hour
-
Sweet ride Patoo. I don't have a convertible but keep my sunroof open as long as it is above 60 degrees outside. Love the wind in my hair feeling.
Back to bootcamp tonight. Grateful for the office gym with all the forecasted weather.
Stay safe and swim carefully to everyone on the East coast.
-
20 minute walk in the drizzle today.
-
Love the new ride Patoo. Welcome Onedeadlifter. To all of you on the eastern seaboard, batten down the hatches and stay safe and dry.
Yesterday did Body Combat and tonight did Body Pump followed by Grit Cardio
-
Did not make it to Body Pump. Did an Aerobic Dance and Toning Combo, Bollywood-style, from YouTube instead.
Today is likely a rest day as I will go to a movie with a friend. But I may go out for a walk afterwards.
-
Ruthbru, you have Barre in North Dakota?! What the heck? I've looked for it everywhere around here and it is only offered at 'studios' in the city and one of the suburbs that is to far for me to travel. I really want to try it.
Odie, good luck on your biopsy. Waiting sucks! (((Hugs)))
Can't remember when I reported in last. Rode my bike 12 miles on Tuesday. Ran 3.7 miles on Wednesday. Ran 6.2 yesterday.
-
Love the car patoo!!
Ran 7.2 mile. Started raining, kept going
-
Odie, waving back and keeping faith all will be well and Patoo, nice ride!
Step and shadowed BB
-
2 mile run/walk followed by a high intensity total conditioning class. My legs & butt already hurt. Gonna be one of those weekends where I'm going to have to fall onto the toilet seat ;-) - or install grab bars
-
All this rain has kept me inside a lot, so I haven't been able to exercise like I want to.
-
Completed a boring 30 minute walk on the treadmill at the gym today after work.
-
odie, next time try this: http://www.popsugar.com/fitness/Uptown-Funk-Treadm...
or this http://www.buzzfeed.com/nickguillory/this-guy-danc...
One hour, 4 mile Leslie Sansone Walking tape. Then a little line dancing this evening with friends.
Night sculpted friends.
-
Subbed today, went to coffee with a teacher friend after school, pizza for supper. Sitting in the recliner watching baseball on TV and digesting food like the boa constrictor who swallowed a cow. Yikes!
-
rainy and achey here so not much activity today except household stuff. Hoping for better tomorrow.
Night all.
