Sore red bumps on face and scalp?

I just stared chemo (AC) last week and have erupted in painful red bumps, similar to pimples but not the same, over my face and now spreading to my scalp. This is especially irritating because I shaved my head today. 😣
Has anyone else experienced this? I don't recall seeing it in my previous reading...

I would call the oncologist office, it sounds like a reaction maybe they can prescribe something.

I had it on my head when my hair fell out. MO said it was folliculitis and gave me Clindamycin which is a topical antibiotic cream. But only on my head, not my face. So yours may be something different than what I had.
