Custom Jovi vest and sleep for night.hints for a better fit?

My fitter is doing her first night garment on me. Any hints for her. I am needing vest for truncal and sleeve to. AlsoHand

    if you have hand swelling get the stitched finger option also add padding to palm and dorsum of hand.

    I just bought a tribute night vest after washing and drying it obmitted a bad smell like chlorine. Anyone else have this happen.? It can't be healthy. I'm calling the company after the weekend but afraid they'll think I'm crazy? It smells liked little like those foam memory pillows with the chemical smell. It didn't smell till it was washed. It is definitely the vest and not my washer or drier.
