I've decided on the bi lateral skin sparring mastectomy.
So far I have;

Reconstruction steps
Look at his reconstruction work photos (wish they had told me about those the first time I was there-I sure as hell didn't think about it).
Nipple options
Symmetry and form after reconstruction
