Cystic acne?

I started chemo August 13 and I got my period (tmi) Friday August 21. Around Saturday I could feel a deep painful pimple forming on my chin. Since then about 10 others have joined it. I don't know if this has something to do with the chemo, maybe hormones or just a coincidence. I've always have a bit of acne but nothing like this and it's mostly just confined to the chin area. Please help! Did this happen to any of you and what helped?

    Yeppers it is quite common. My face didn't break out since adolescence and suddenly I had 17 pimples on my face. I knew it was 17 because I counted them. So here I was, flat chested, hair falling out and pimples all over my face. Not fun. Everyone told me it would clear up and it did, My face was completely clear again in a week or two. Hang in there, nsweeney. Chemo is a rough ride and all we want to know is that our side effects are temporary. Your face will clear.
