Seen BS waiting for US but lymph nodes now swollen

hi I saw the consultant at the breast clinic due to a lump. He has sent me for an us and mammo which I'm having in a couple of days however i felt which I think are lymph nodes in my armpit yesterday today they feel bigger and I can feel a couple more my armpit feels slightly swollen? I'm 35 btw and have had to stop taking mini pill since the lump was discovered a few weeks ag

    I am having the same problem, ive had a hard lump for the past year they have been monitoring it and it had changed so i had a fna where they said my cells were abnormal. My arm hurts now and my fibgers feel numb. I checked undee my arm and it does feel lumpy but my other arm feels the same
