Chemo andblood pressure

My wife has a 100/50 BP and is abstaining from further Herceptin for a third month because of low ejection fraction rate. She feels weak. Should we worry or is this just part of the situation?

    My ejection fraction dropped to 53 with five Herceptin only treatments left. My MO had me go see a cardiologist. He put me on two heart medications to protect my heart through the last treatments. The plan is to keep me on them for a full year and do a final Echo. My ejection fraction has gone back up to 60. What has her MO said?
