Deciding on Reconstructive Surgery

Today I received a call from the surgeon saying my MRI's and scans have come back clear and I'm all set to schedule reconstructive surgery. I thought I would be ecstatic however I'm feeling different about things, I think my emotions are getting the best of me as I didn't think reconstructive surgery would be an option for me after going thru this for almost three yrs. now and being told numerous of times by the oconologist she didn't think I would be able to have reconstructive surgery.

I'm having so many mixed emotions now, but I do want to feel like myself again and be comfortable with my body as I was before being diagnosed. I have been advised the only option for me is the Latissimus flap surgery. I've been doing a lot of research and that's probably another reason for the uncertainties I'm having.
