Someone please help, I'm scared!

Hi guys, I'm taylor, I just turned 18, and I'm about 240 lbs. I've had an issue with my left breast. I was taking a shower and noticed a red lump on my breast that was raised. Bad idea, but I tried squeezing it, and a sort of pussy light red liquid came out not the top of it but sort of off to the side. When i squeezed it however, it felt like i was squeezing something. when i let go, there was noticeable bruising but it went away for some reason? Also, when I press down on it, it gets a depression and the liquid comes out. I don't know what the heck is going on but I'm just really scared, Does anyone have any ideas??
