solid mass in duct seen on ultrasound??

I had a follow up ultrasound on a dilated duct that showed a solid mass had grown in 4 weeks. Has anyone had anything similar?? If so what was the mass?? Can a cancerous mass grow in a month?? So many questions while waiting on biospy results.
