Dear God
Help all of us to be grateful for each day and know your promises are true. Bless each and every one of us struggling with this disease. Comfort those who are scared and in pain. Prayers for those who have no one praying for them. Special prayers to my friends here who are facing progression and scary decisions. Help them know you are standing beside them and holding their hand. Amen

Celebrated every year on August 15, the Feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary commemorates the death of Mary and her bodily assumption into Heaven, before her body could begin to decay--a foretaste of our own bodily resurrection at the end of time. Because it signifies the Blessed Virgin's passing into eternal life, it is the most important of all Marian feasts and a Holy Day of Obligation.
On this day we honor the Blessed Mother and we ask her to hear our prayers and lessen our pain and troubles. Please help us and comfort us in our time of need. Please bless us all.

Prayers for my friends who are suffering with progression and those of us ho are dealing with cancer. Prayers for those those who have no one praying for them. Have mercy on all of us with pain in our souls and body. Please keep us from losing faith when times are rough; help us know you are still holding our right hand and will never leave our side. Amen

Dear Lord, you know what is in my heart and what I need. You know the hurts and upsets and unknowns which my family faces. Please be with us and guide us, help us to remember to seek you in the midst of the storm and remember "that we walk by faith, not by sight". We pray for rain for our sate, and safety for our firefighters. we Pray for peace for the loved ones of those that have lost their lives fighting these fires. Help me to seek you first and not speak out in anger or emotion. Please keep the bonds of my family together. And I pray for all of us here, for all our individual needs.
