What does birads 4 mean? I had mammogram 7/2/15 and US 7/31/15. I am scheduled for biopsy 8/7. I'm so so nervous! I have masses in both breast. Rad report says 50-95% chance of malignancy. I'm trying to stay positive and busy as well

- What does BI-RADS 4 mean? BI-RADS 4 means that the findings on your mammogram are suspicious and that there is approximately a 23% to 34% chance that this is breast cancer. You will need a biopsy to get a small tissue sample to make a diagnosis.
