chemo cancelled third time

my sister has TN BC mets to lungs, chest and lymph nodes. she has been getting chemo again but now cancelled for third time due to low white cell blood count. She won't ask the questions and finds it difficult to talk about. I understand why they must cancel chemo, butI am confused as to what this means longer term for her, and what happens next if cancelled again. what does it all mean
