Very Concerned

I have an appointment this afternoon with my Oncologist but am very worried. I had BC 6 years ago and Colon CA 2 years ago.Everything was going along well till last week. My left breast where I had the Cancer removed was very red and angry looking. Then it swelled up. Was not itchy. I couldn't wear a bra for two days. Then everything seemed to subside and I kept an eye on it for a few days. I still have some stabbing pains now. The area where I had lymph nodes taken out of my arm was very red and swollen last week. I am very worried now that my CA has returned and it could be IBC.. Do symptoms come and go with IBC?

I meant to add that when it swelled up it felt like it was engorged like when you breast feed. And was very hot to the touch. I am in my 60's
