Dr said my path report would be in by Friday (today) and to call his office if I haven't heard by Friday afternoon. I haven't heard and so I call. And the office is closed until Monday. What?! Now I have to wait all weekend. (Cry).

    Ugh - I'm so sorry you have to wait. I remember the waiting - it's the worst. I hope you can find something to occupy your time while you wait. Go shopping lol

    So sorry you have to wait! Not very compassionate of your doctor's office, not to follow up with you. Let the people in your life help take your mind off of it for the weekend. I watched TV with my mother, invited friends to drop by and keep me company, etc. I couldn't allow myself to get too lost in my own thoughts. Best wishes to you for a good report. Take care.

    Sorry you have to wait. I see you are waiting for path report following surgery. Hoping for a good report for you. As the other ladies have said, try to keep busy with things you enjoy over the weekend.

    my dr ended up calling me. I have pure DCIS. So relieved. But it's bigger than expected and he has a close margin that needs him to go back in after. Then he dropped maybe we should wait until after my genetic testing and consider a bmx. :o
