restless arms

So I am 4 weeks post BMX and have restless arms almost every night. It is driving me crazy, I want to rip my arms off. It either happens right when I lay down or it wakes me up in the middle of the night. Does anyone else feel this? Any suggestions?

I have this problem in my legs and take Gabapentin. I would call your doctor.
