BMX with positive anterior margin

hi all- I had a BMX in May with immediate reconstruction with an implant. I recently found out the anterior margins weren't clear and radiation is needed?? I'm concerned what this will do aesthetically to the implant..has anyone encountered this

    I haven't had rads yet but I have implants so I met with an RO to discuss it. I have been told, not just by her, that it will possibly cause encapsulation around the implant and you might have to have that scar tissue removed and possibly replace the implant. You might want to go into the reconstruction area so you will get more replies from people in the situation. Good luck.
