Severe aching in both upper arms

Hi all. Just wondering if anyone else has any symptoms of severe aching in the tops of both arms? It's between my elbow and shoulder and feels more muscular but the aching is pretty bad. I Also think I have a pretty bad cold. No other aching anywhere just my arms.
