Dr. Richard Klein and Dr. Kenneth Lee in Orlando
Has anyone used Dr. Richard Klein or Dr. Kenneth Lee in Orlando to do their DIEP procedure? If so, please share your experience! How do you like the results? I'm scheduled for a consultation with their office next month and I'm very nervous about this operation. Not sure if this is the path I want to take. Any info will be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
Pam

Dr. Lee and Klein did my unilateral flap and I am very pleased. I was actually just emailing Dr. Lee when I saw this post. Dr. Klein in the team leader but they do the DIEPS as a team. It makes the surgery much shorter. I actually had Dr. Lee as the lead but also saw Dr. Klein. I have given them both permission to give out my phone number to any of their patients. Their office staff is wonderful and I feel very lucky to have found them. I had my other breast lifted in JuIy and am scheduled to have my final nipple reconstruction next month. Feel free to PM me if you want. I also have pictures before/after if you would like to see them.

Hi
Did you have a delayed bilateral diep flap?
-
I saw Dr. Richard Klein in Orlando 3 weeks ago. I recently had moved to Fl and needed to find a doctor. I meet with him and his resident. They were very nice. He knew exactly what my issues were with my breast. I have my surgery revision with him March 12. I can't speak for the procedure you asked about, but I think he is very knowledgeable in his field.

Just wondering if anyone has any recent information or comments regarding Dr.Klein and/or Dr. Lee in in Orlando. I am facing necessary bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction and a history in 2008 of chemo, radiation and lumpectomy to left breast and am trying to avoid implants and go the microvascular surgical route and am totally overwhelmed with which doctor to consult with. I have also read wonderful things about the center for breast reconstruction in New Orleans/Dr. Dellacroce, but this seems kind of out of reach as I live in FL and don't know if I can afford out of network and the travel, etc. Any comments and experiences would be greatly appreciated, many thanks in advance.
