breast cancer and cholesterol

Thanks for posting these. I've read elsewhere that when we are low on estrogen, cancer cells either use cholesterol, or our bodies will even make cholesterol in its place, and I've often wondered if it can fuel our bc. My cholesterol has been somewhat elevated since my original bc tx in 2007, and hasn't gone down much in spite of a mostly vegan diet the past year, which seems odd. I think I'll ask my onc about this the next time I see her.
