Decision quadranectomy or unilateral mastectomy

Just diagnosed and because 2 small low grade 5mm and 1.4cm at 9 and 11 o'clock will require at least quadranectomy. I am a decent B cup or so. Wondering if this large a removal will result in so much loss of symmetry that going for a unilateral MX would be better. Would not do any reconstruction now. How do others with larger breasts feel about unilateral Mx as opposed to a quadrantectomy?who is happy with quadrantectomy, radiation and no other reconstruction
