Post Chemo- Use of Tamoxifen with Antidepressants

I just completed AC( Adriamycin/Cytoxin) for 4 cycles and my oncologist discontinued my chemo

because of terrible side effects which were complicated by my use of antidepressants.

I am still getting upset stomach, blistering, and dry mouth after one month.

When should I start possibly taking tamoxifen for additional adjuvant treatment?

Should I wait a month or longer?
