Mediastinal nodes+trouble swallowing

hi Ladies-after 5 yrs on Herceptin, progression to mediastinal nodes. Hoarseness&hard swallowing. 5 treatments w/Kadcyla & nodes back down, voice better. Still trouble swallowing liquid and food, like something is stuck. Endoscopy shows nothing. Anyone else? Thinking neuromuscular irritation from nodes? Or could trtmt cause?Prolly going for Barium swallow soon.
