is this longer time than if you only had one area to concentrate on? What do you do while getting treated? Do you have to stay completely still? So many questions

    Nancdancer, my experience was the "zap" time is about the same. The most time is getting lined up with the lasers, then yes, you hold still during the treatment. Some ladies have breath control, based on where their treatment area is. Hop on any of the ongoing forums and you will see many descriptions. I too had many questions and found many answers within the articles and forums. Best wishes..
