    I met with my MO yesterday and we talked about it. He felt there had t been enough research done to warrant switching to an AI over tamoxifen for DCIS. He said in a few years after more research is done, then we might switch, but for now he feels fine giving tamoxifen. The side effects of AI, bone thinning and cardiovascular were my concerns with an AI. I don't have a uterus so I'm not worried about uterine cancer with tamoxifen
