Swell spots?

I saw my therapist today and he mentioned using a swell spot for some breast fibrosis on my lymphedema size. My question is how do you wear these? Do they show under your bra??

    Swell Spots are bulky but you don't have to wear them all the time, I only wear mine while I'm sleeping. They fit inside my sports bra. For other areas I imagine a very tight tank top would keep them in place. For an area I was working on that was in my cleavage I used the chip pack that the LEPT made and used the top of old thin socks for covers. I was able to trim the chip pack to fit inside my bra and not show so I did use that one all day until there was improvement.     I use a breast binder from EAB Medical to keep mine in place. They are bulky, but have really helped me a lot. Keeps the truncal under control.
